Shipping & Delivery
We aim to process orders within 2 to 4 business days and ship your order. Once shipped you will receive tracking information via email.
Standard tracked shipping - $10
Express Shipping - $12
FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $200.
Standard Shipping with signature - $18
International shipping to selected countries, tracked shipping 10 - 28 business days approx.
Depending on country shipping rates start from $25, price is calculated at check out.
International customers are responsible for all customs, import duties and local taxes charged by your country. Please contact your countries customs office or local tax agent for charges and rates on receiving packages outside of your country.
Please note that shipping may be delayed due to Australia Post currently having a high demand of parcels and order arrival is just an estimate.
Please keep in mind if for whatever reason your order can not be delivered to you and is sent back to us, if you would like for it to be re sent, additional shipping cost will apply and if you wish for a refund a 10% admin fee will be deducted.
Lost or Stolen Orders
During transit if your order goes missing we will try to help you as much as we can but ultimately as we use Australia Post to send out orders you will have to contact them directly. When tracking shows that your order has been delivered to your shipping address, we aren’t liable if said order goes missing or you believe it has been stolen if you’ve chosen for the delivery driver to leave your parcel if there is no one home. In the case that you believe your order has been stolen please contact Australia Post or your local Police. If during transit your order is either delayed or lost you need to lodge a dispute with Australia Post using the tracking number that we have provided you with.
International orders are shipped with Australia Post and once they leave Australia it is no longer in our jurisdiction and we can not be held liable for any custom charges, delays, loss or theft in your country. We provide you with a tracking number as proof that your order has been sent and you need to keep tracking it until you receive it and if there is any delays or issues contact your local delivery service in your country. Please note that we do not issue refunds due to your order not being received internationally.
